Achievements & Program Legacy
- Appointed as the eighth director in the Clearfield band program’s history, a tradition dating to 1929.
- Students under Wyant’s leadership have advanced to Pennsylvania All-State ensembles and qualified for NAfME regional-level ensembles.
- The Bison Marching Band’s long performance tradition includes repeated invitations to the 500 Festival Parade in Indianapolis.
- The program’s performance history also includes the Kentucky Derby Parade, Apple Blossom Festival Parade, New York Veterans Day Parade, Saint Patrick’s Day Parade, and Walt Disney World.
- Private conducting study with Jack Stamp, Jason Worzbyt, and Shannon Kitelinger; symposium study with Bradley Genevro, Craig Kirchhoff, and Mallory Thompson.
